Monitor Gets No Signal / Computer Won't Boot

Computer powers up but nothing on screen and no beep, i change the graphic card and the monitor but still the same i think is Power Supply or Motherboard problem or what else?

yes fans is spinning everything is normal but no beep and nothing on monitor

ok...remove the front panel connectors as well as the power & reset switch from the mobo header and switch the pc on by short circuiting the power switch header. see if that works or not. consult the user guide if you are not sure which header it is.

if it doesn't, remove the ram from the mobo switch it on again, you should hear the ram beep. if you don't hear it, your mobo is bad.
