Depend what is your budget. What PSU you have.
The minimum upgrade is AMD 7870 and a little higher Nvidia 760. This upgrades are with reasonable prices. You can go higher , the problem will be your CPU because your need to overclock , not to bottleneck the GPU.

If you are gaming in 1080i, a Radeon HD 7850-7970 will range from approx. 150-350, an Nvidia solution would be GTX 650 Ti - GTX 770 for about the same price range. The HD 7870 will allow you to game at high to ultra settings with good to high FPS especially in First person shooters.
