So, I'm building a new PC and i want to know if this PSU would be good enough for me.

PSU - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Seasonic-S12II-520-ATX12V-Standard-Supply/dp/B00390P1NO

Computer Specs -
AMD FX-4100 3.6 GHz Processor
Gigabyte 78LMT-S2P Motherboard
8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
1TB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive
Asus 2GB GDDR5 Nvidia GeForce GTX 650Ti Boost Graphics Card

Please ask if you need more information, and i would appreciate if anyone would give me advice on improving my build.

Also if i want to overclock how many watts would the PSU i get need?

Will be just fine!

You can O/C with that psu using the parts you have...
