For all of you cheapskates out there, I decided to put together the cheapest gaming compatible build for a pc (I was bored lol 
)
I put this build together and it can run some games better than expected, but no modern games on high settings.
This includes a monitor and an OS.

If you wanted to spend any less it would only run really old games at low/medium settings, so this is your best bet for money if you are not looking to spend much.
