When I say not completely shutting off, I mean that it will say "shutting off" when I go to settings>power>shut down, then the screen goes black, but the system will stay on, the power button, the internet light on f12, the fan and more I think. I come back to my computer the next morning hoping it turned off eventually, and the battery is just dead, it never turned off. I check the what things do options in control panel and nothing is off. Please help.
