I'm just thinking does the game use your GPU memory, or your Ram memory when it stats in requirement, if no it uses ram memory, can it be configured to use GPU memory, and save ram memory?

The system requirement refers to system memory. When you say "can it be configured to use GPU memory, and save ram memory?" it uses both. The software will use whatever computing resources are made available to it, but it can't run on video RAM alone. Graphical elements will be stored there (in video RAM) but the game executable itself, and various related resources use system ram.

They're referring to system memory if nothing else is specified. Both the system memory and the graphics memory is RAM (RAM just means Random Access Memory).

System memory and graphics memory are in most cases completely separate.
