Intel I5 4430 vs I3 4340

Hey guys,

I'm building a PC and need some assistance should I get a better CPU (I5 4430) and something like a R7 260x or Gtx 650 ti BOOST. Or should I get something a bit cheaper like a I3 4340 and spend the 40 $$$ I save and get something like a 7850 or R9 270x. Please Respond ASAP

light video editing? imho you should enjoy a 6 cores cpu like fx-6300 if you intend to overclock it. no oc? Then i5 4430 is a better option.

I will be doing some light video editing for my courses and my friend told me that intel is better for that. What do you think i5 4430 and r9 270x vs fx 6300 and r9 270x? I can probably squeeze out the extra money.
