How To Program BIOS To Shutdown Computer When CPU Is Too Hot

I'm using the stock fan for my AMD FX-8120 and am worried about burning out my motherboard and CPU , i got told you can program the bios to shutdown the computer when a certain temperature is exceed for example if 60 degrees if exceeded BAM the computer switches off

i am going too get a CPUcooler but don't have the money yet

in the hardware monitor tab in bios, there should be a warning temperature and shutdown temperature. the cpu will shut itself automatically when it reaches dangerous temperatures.

You cannot "program" the BIOS without void the motherboard warranty, so even it was possible(is it?), it wouldn't worth the risk. Modern manufactors have created certain hardware mechanisms to protect the hardware from extreme heat, voltage spikes etc.
Be resposinble with your hardware and nothing bad will happen
Note that some motherboards may allow the user to tweak these type of settings, but this is not an universal standard

gpus: it depends on the gpu architecture. For instance, the newest AMDs are designed to run at 95 Celcius. The previous AMDs would be pretty much fried at this temperature
cpus: below 60 Celcius under load is fine

under load the card reaches 65-70 Celcius, so you will propably be fine

In BIOS enable cpu temp monitoring. Besides make sure cool air is blowing in the system, thats first priority. Install 1-2 fans as intake and 1 at rear.

I'm almost sure coretemp(temp monitoring program) has an option for this for your CPU. You also can set warnings for when your CPU is to hot.
Coretemp is also known for false temp recordings so I wouldn't personally use this feature(prefer HWmonitor).
