This is my first build, and since I’m not very knowledgeable about computers I’d really appreciate getting someone else’s opinion. I have a lot of questions so feel free to pick and choose with ones you answer if you are short on time.

1. I want to keep the entire system around $1500 (not including tax, but including shipping). I live in Canada so the prices are slight more expensive.
2. I’ll be using it for gaming mostly (nothing that requires a powerful pc besides that). I’ll be using a 1920x1080p 120Hz single monitor set up and I want to play at good frame rates.
3. Is anything overkill for what my needs are and can you find a better way to allocate the money I’m willing to spend with the deals on the Canadian pcpartpicker? Do I have any obvious bottlenecks?
4. How many years will this be able to play games on ultra at high frame rates, and how long before I’ll likely fall below the minimum requirements for any games?
5. I know that the motherboard and psu may seem a little overboard, but I’m planning on adding a second gtx 770 and over clocking when I can no longer run games on ultra. Do you think it would be cheaper just to go with the bare minimum for supporting a single gtx 770 and then upgrading to a better gpu later? Are the components I have good for overclocking?
6. I’m not really sure how much cooling is necessary. Is the cooler I choose sufficient or even overkill? Do you think I should go with liquid cooling rather than air cooling if I get a second gtx 770?
7. Are all these parts compatible and will everything fit with enough room for good airflow?
8. Is the Zotec gpu a good one? I choose it because it was the cheapest but if it’s going to fail or if it is not as good as other models I’d be willing to choose something else.
