Hello everybody,I have a big problem,I accidentaly deleted my administrator account and all settings,now I can not open any program that needs an administrator permission,when i go to settings security or sharing when i click on edit to make myself in full control settings i get an error message Acces is denied or administrator has blocked you from running this program,I have tryed running in safe mode and making an administrator account in command prompt (NET USER Administrator\ active:yes,and i made that new "administrator"account but it's the same like on my other accounts i can't do anything please HELP!!,Thanks!!
