i installed my OS on my 64gb SSD and moved my downloads, default download locations, game installs, documents, etc... all to the HDD and only the OS and drivers on the SSD.
it has 16gb space left but i need that for a game. appdata, and temporary folder keep getting filled up from downloading and surfing the internet on firefox. is their anyway i can move those folders over to the HDD so my SSD doesn't get filled up?
thanks

Well, I didn't test the application, I got the link from another thread and though it was a good option... but there are other applications for moving the user profile folders... Profile Relocator, looks easy but may not move existing profiles and may preset the profile location for accounts created after assigning the location and may not move existing profiles. It's a matter of testing it.. I can't do it on my computer because I don't have to, so you'll have to try it yourself... install the application and simulate a profile relocation before doing the actual thing.

ForensiT User Profile Wizard

If you'd rather do it manually go to Start \ run \ type regedit and Enter \ Browse to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList, identify your user accout SID HKEY_USERS\Your_user_SID_Code\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\and change the data in the LocalSettings value to correspond with the folder you want to move the Temp folder to.
You have already moved some folders from the user profile and it gets more complicated the more you move folders individually, so better move the entire profile folder with the application and do it right.
