Do I need to reapply thermal paste

Last night I installed a cooler master hyper 212 evo cpu cooler onto my intel i5-4670k for the new computer I am building. Today while I was securing the motherboard the my case, I accidentally bumped the heat sink and rotated it a couple degrees. Do I need to take it off and reapply a fresh coat of thermal paste even though the heat sink only rotated and was not lifted off the cpu? It is fastened in place securely and is only able to pivot (it does not pivot freely, but can be turned if enough force is applied). I'd rather not take everything apart again if I can avoid it, but I also don't want to risk my cpu frying if I've rendered the heat sink useless. All advice is appreciated.
