What all do you need to purchase? Case and components, or OS, keyboard/mouse/speakers? Monitor?

I need everything thats why it the computer components part is 600-650. I will spend extra for the os, and monitor and stuff. Well it doesnt have to be an intel i5, i just thought those were the best for gaming. Any other recommendations?
