Hi there, thank you for taking some time to read through my question.
I've been mining LiteCoins for three weeks now with my R9 280x Gigabyte, 3 fan card. Everything has been running smoothly so far, 70 degrees max heat, fans usually around 60-70%. I recently returned my faulty 850W Seasonic X 850w PSU and I am using 750w Tacens at the moment.
I had two disturbing incidences. I arrived at my computer, seeing my GPU fans at 0%, took a look into the case and all three of my R9 Gigabyte 280x fans were completely halted, card was running at 97 degree's at this point. Decided to keep an eye on the computer during mining and it happened once again today.
I'm wondering what could cause this. First I thought the GPU might have faulty fans, but what are the odds of all three fans stopping at the same time? Could this be power related?
Second time this happened, I decided to run the miner application to see what happens, and all fans went to their normal speeds like nothing happened. As a matter of fact, they're running as smoothly as they've ever done right now.(Although I won't have the computer on tonight for safety purposes)

Edit: Another input if it helps. Card is running at 0.950v VDDC during idle and 1.094 during full load. (Apparently, it's quite low compared to many cards out there, but the card has always seemed stable to me)
