Computer will no longer boot, replaced almost every part.

So awhile ago I decided to build a computer and everything was going fine after about a year, however last month my computer just shut down one day and wouldn't turn back on. The computer just flat out won't boot. Nothing will turn on, fans included. If I press the power button once after turning the power supply on, the power led will flash on the inside and one fan will just slightly turn for under a second and then nothing. After waiting to see if it was just a temporary thing and still wouldn't turn on, I assumed it was some kind of hardware failure. Right off the bat I guessed it was the PSU so I bought a new one, set it up and it still wouldn't turn on. After that I thought it was the Mobo, so I bought a new one, set it all up and again, absolutely nothing. Finally, I thought it was the CPU so I ordered a replacement from Intel, set it up and the computer still won't turn on. I'm at my wits' end right about now, I can't think of any other part that would just stop the computer from turning on completely. I've tried turning out without individual parts as well as turning it on with minimal parts to no avail. Can anyone help me out here?

So you've tried booting it with just CPU + Mobo + PSU + Fans (no HDD or GPU) and nothing happened? No fans, nothing at all moved? No beeps? That's bad... but I doubt it has anything to do with your parts, especially since you replaced all the main ones. Try replacing the power cable, it could be faulty. If that doesn't work, try connect the computer to a different power point.
