Best MOBO, PSU, GPU combo on a $1500 budget

I need a 990fx MOBO that can handle overclocking my CPU to 4.7. (fx 8350 black edition)
I need two GPU's capable of pushing 6.2 million pixels at around 60fps (I am ok with running at high settings with no AA)
I need a PSU that can handle that overclocking, and those GPUs.

I think an 850watt corsair or a 1000watt thermaltake will do, but I"m not sure.
I don't need super awesome audio on the MOBO I don't think, but feel free to critique me.
Do you know of anyone with a similar set up?

--Thanks

P.S. I haven't bought the GPU's yet, but have bought the tvs and everything for my eyefinity/nvidia surround set up.
With a budget around $1500 for the gpu, psu, and mobo..what combinations do you think would be best?

My build so far:

CPU: Fx 8350 black edition
RAM: 8gb Crucial 1600
CASE: Bitfenix Prodigy XL
HDD: 1tb
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Monitors: 3 debezeled 39 inch Insignia LEDs, set for portrait (3240x1920)

Peripherals for later:

Noctua NH-d14
Mouse and Keyboard
Noctua 120mm for back
some good airflow 230mm fans for front and top
2tb seagate
240gb samsung evo

P.P.S Yes this is my first build, yes I over think everything, yes I know multi-monitor technology is not perfect.

go with asus boards ,i have great luck overclocking with them and many people too, i would suggest a sabertooh r2.0 if you dont mind the colour scheme or you can go to the rog the crosshair formula

Grazi for the quick rep, is Dual 16 necessary? And by that I mean, will I have a larger than 3% increase of performance over a 16,8 set up?

Also, if a case doesn't have a side fan do you think modding one in would be warranted? Or do you think that would disturb the ebb and flow of 'front to back' the case was designed for?

what do you mean by dual 16? the ram? as for the fan its a very good idea to put one on the side panel if you're running 2 gpu so the gpu can breath directly fresh air

update: oh by 16 and 8 do you mean the pci?

I meant 780s in SLI. Thanks though, I"ve been looking for a PSU like that...would it be able to OC the GPUs and OC the CPU to 4.7 though?

Thanks, I have the windowless version of the Bitfenix shinobi XL and I just didn't think 3 230mm fans and 1 140mm would be enough..I am NOT going to water cool, I feel the Noctua should be enough, heck maybe those 4 + the cpu heat sink will be enough..

Yes I meant PCI 3.0 slots..
