That'll run pretty much anything from the PS3/ 360 "generation." So, Skyrim, Far Cry, all that stuff will be pretty playable. Minecraft and L4D2 aren't super intensive, so those will run especially well. I don't know about Day Z, but judging by the system requirements should be fine. As for settings, those will vary but expect good framerates around low- medium at 720p. You might even manage 1080p in L4D2. I have an older A8- 3800, and it does pretty well. One thing to keep in mind is that the integrated GPU shares memory with the system, so an upgrade to 8GB would probably give you some good results.

That's a good card, but I really don't think it's worth it over the 7660D on the CPU, which is right between the minimum and recommended specs. On the other hand, that's really the highest card you can install with that PSU. I'm not sure because I haven't run it myself, but I believe this would basically be the difference between medium and high settings, or 720p and 1080p. If that's worth $100,by all means...

well for now i have to stick with the integrated gpu but i guess its fine what games would you recommend that would run good on my pc

Pretty much anything would be playable. Just Cause 2 runs pretty well on anything, and just had a cool multiplayer mod come out. You probably know about Team Fortress, but that would be very smooth as well as Left 4 Dead. Basically expect any Valve game to be low-key. You can also play lots of great indie games, like Gone Home, Papers Please, and Kentucky Route Zero flawlessly.
