You could cool with a hyper 212, and get a samsung 840 evo 120gb ssd both for less plus lots of options for better and cheaper ram. Any parts your really set on?

Edit: keep in mind I tried to save you money but also managed to get some better stuff in there as well. Prices are always changing though so deals might show up or disappear depending on when you buy
