Planning to upgrade my FX 4100 to a FX 8320, I have 2 questions.
1. Will my motherboard support the cpu - i have a Gigabyte GA 970A-D3
2. Since its my first time replacing a cpu how much thermal paste will i need to apply, im using a Hyper 212 Evo cooler. (ive read before that you put pea sized amount, or a rice grain amount, some even have said to spread it around with a credit card, what is the correct method)
I have an 800w psu since i knew i would be upgrading parts later on down the line. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
