What motherboard should I go with?

I'm planning out my first custom pc build, and I've got a somewhat strict budget of about $630. I've been trying to pick between an AMD FX-6300 or AMD Athlon x4 760K. The only problem is that I don't know what motherboard I should pick if I go with the FX-6300 which I think is a bit better. It needs to have 4 RAM slots because I've got 6GB of good ram already, so I need 4 slots but the selection is somewhat limited with this factor. The build needs to be a micro ATX board. So do I go with the 760K with a good board which has everything I want, or is there a good mATX board compatible with FX-6300 with 4 ram slots?

The Fx-6300 is a much better cpu than the 760k, but there are no good matx boards That I would recommend. The Only matx boards that support the 6300 have a 760g chipset and that chipset has issues with throttling vishera cpu's.
