I have this gigabyte motherboard

Every time I start it up it goes flashes the usual gigabyte screen then a loud beep, black screen that says , boot manager, then quick flash of gigabyte screen and load up of OS.
Is there anyway to get rid of the boot manager/beep.?
NEVER have I ever has a motherboard that has this and I see no purpose to it, and it slows down my boot up on my SSD because of all this extra boot up screens!
