BSOD caused by PSU?

Our computer is a new one and was built by some people on eBay. It has been blue-screening lately with IRQL not less or equal errors as well as dpc watchdog violations, kmode exception not handled and interrupt not handled and because it randomly does this we think it is because of the PSU. The PSU is coolmax brand, which has garnered horrible reviews. Everything else is a better brand and when the computer is on it runs perfectly. It is only the PSU that is a little dodgy.

I have

AMD CPU 8-core 8350
16gb DDR3 RAM dual channel
HIS Radeon HD 7870 2gb
Asrock 980de3/u3s3

All our drivers are up to date and working. We have run Memtest and Drive scans. Whenever we open the crash reports the crash address is always ntoskrnl.exe and the cause varies. Sometimes it says that the cause is tcpip.sys, ci.dll, atikmpag.sys or just ntoskrnl.exe itself.

It seems that these are randomly occurring, but the more stress I put on the computer, the more likely it is that it crashes. It has, however crashed while browsing the internet, just being idle, and always when attempting to play a game.

I don't have dumps right now because I just restored the drive and installed Windows again. I'd just like an opinion based on this information about whether this is the problem.

edit: Windows 8.1 btw

I wouldn't turn the machine on until you get a new power supply. Even if it's not the problem you definitely need a new one!! I can't imagine a psu causing bsod try putting in a new hdd if you have one laying around
