hi. i need help badly here.
i tried to on my computer today and it got stuck on the loading window screen for very long. After that it says the window failed to start. i click on "computer repair" and let it run for some time. the result shows this "window failed to start, a recent hardware of software change might be the cause. error code 0x17."
i tried to start the computer using command prompt but it auto shut down after it finish loading all the files.
right now i cant even on my computer. after i switch on, the screen shows a blank screen and a "_" blinking at the top left corner.
my office documents are all inside and i do not have any back up. is there a way to fix this without losing my files. Any kind soul here able to guide me step my step. PLS HELPPPP
