So I downloaded these mobo drivers on Windows 8 64-bit (excluding the preinstall ones): http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4672&dl=1#dl

Each of them installed without incident, except the Marvell driver. It comes with no setup or executable of any kind, and I have no idea how to run it. I'm sure the answer is right in front of my nose, but I just can't figure it out. But if anyone has any suggestions or solutions, please let me know.

The driver may of come in a zipped format.
First you need to unzipp it ect, and place it in a folder.

Next you need to go to your control panel, system security ,and then click on device manager.

Look in the list of devices for your computer, for a device that has a yellow exclamation mark next to it. Or states unknown devices

Right click on the device with the exclamation device.
Click on update driver software.
Browse my computer for driver.

Click on the browse tab and locate the folder you unzipped the driver set to.
Click inside folder.

It should display a file with a .inf file extension.

Click on it and select ok.

Any .INF file is a way to install a driver through device manager, when the is no executable file for you to install by means of an auto installation process.
And should always show up when using the process above.

Just redownloaded it, but no luck. All I get is a zip file that decompresses into a few folders with .sys files and other unusable extensions.

I tried this as well, but I'm not seeing any yellow exclamation marks. Not really sure what else to try, except maybe downloading the driver elsewhere.

EDIT: Nvm, can't seem to find another legitimate source for the driver. I guess I'll try downloading the driver on a different box, see if anything is different. But if anyone has any advice or suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
