Hi,

I yesterday got a pc with this spec:

AMD A-10 6800k APU
AMD Stock cooler
G.Skill 8GB DDR3-1866 dual channel
MSI FM2-A55-E33 motherboard
450W ATX psu
Windows 8.1

Now my questions are can I use a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6670 Grafikkarte PCI-e, 2GB DDR3 for dual graphics with my 450W ATX psu ?

For some reasons I cant get accurate temp readings (core temp not showing any C° at all, HW monitor doesnt seem to work) only gpu-z seems to work but only shows the GPU Temperature.
Is gpu temp the same as cpu temp cause its an APU ?

Also is enabling OC Genie II in Bios safe to use ?

Edit: Bios is uptodate

Solution
the only temp monitor that seems to work properly for now with the apu-s is the catalyst overdrive from the catalyst control center (amd drivers). i'm guessing support for them isn't properly added on the coretemp/hwmonitor.

the gpu temp for the integrated, yes, is the same as the cpu. they are on the same silicon. the external for dual graphics will have it's own temperature.

you can try a slight overclock but not too much and revert if there are any issues.

nothing should go wrong, at worse it will get too hot and downclock or shutdown to prevent damage.

What about the Radeon 6670 HD and the 450w ATX non branded PSU ?
I heard that its better to get a 80+ bronze psu cause a non branded might damage my PC with that graphics card.
Might it not work with a 450w non branded ?
