Get a 4670k instead (the "k" version has its clock unlocked, so if you water cooler it you'll be able to skyrocket your clock). Instead of Kingstom for rams, I'd get G. Skill or Corsair. I'd consider too getting an HAF XM (or another one from the HAF series) from Cooler Master as a case (HAF stands for high air flow). You're spending too much on the motherboard, when you could be getting another one that's not that expensive and invest more on your graphic card. 660 is too "meh". Get a 770, will make your day for not thaaat much after Nvidia got a price cut on it. Getting this case I suggested there's no need for another fan (I own this particular model, HAF XM, and I use just stock coolers). A SSD will make your system works faster too. Get a 120/240gb one. If you want to further upgrade it, get a nice PSU, something around 850w. It can handle two GTX 770 as an example. If you're still on the budget, water cooler H100 or H110. Sound cards too if you have nice sound gear.

No SSD??.... So, besides your HHD I highly reccommend a sold state drive for your boot drive and for your primary programs.

Get an aftermarket cpu cooler. Corsair H100 I is preferred.for water cooling.

8 gigs is very good but I would steer clear from 4gig dimms. Get one 8gb stick to free up the other dimm slots if you can offord it.

Does the case come.with case fans?
