Hi Guys,
I just noticed my 118gb SSD is almost full when it shouldn't be... only 6gb listed as being free even tho when i highlight all files on the c drive it says they only take up 75gb....
i ran the 'folder sizes' program that lists in order the biggest folders/files on your drive etc to try and see where the missing space is and i think its tied up in these few files IN RED (not the top two folders ignore them)...
pagefile...
hiberfil...
recylce...
they are huge? like 40 gig?
(BTW I don't even know how to empty the recycle bin in win 8? anyone?)
but should they be this big or even be active - should i cancel them somehow or purge them etc?
It's crashing my browsers cause there's prolly not enough space after virtual memory and things like that are accounted for!
BTW I do have a ups plugged in but i don't think that is relevant, and i do sometimes use sleep mode but not sure if its even doing that lately?
Please advise me, would like some consensus from a few people before i try anything risky!
see image below...
thanks guys
