the pc seems to be very weird. It works in safe mode, yet it doesnt allow linux installation because of some kernel error problems. So I then tried to reinstall windows 7 and I had to roll back because it wouldnt boot back.

I would like to present you with my blue screen logs but I dont know how to get them.

its really unstable, here are the components:

ASUS M5A78L-M LX (latest bios)
Nvidia 570
G.Skill Ripjaws 2X4GB 1333mhz
Value 500w psu
AMD FX 6300

If I take out the graphics card its more likely to boot into windows but then it freezes.

Also on cpu-z the Ram seems to be clocked at 669hmz yet when its booting up the bios bit is telling me 1333. Also on normal windows boot cpu-z was saying that processor core speed was between 1400-3400 range constantly changing and on safe mode its stable 3515.98mhz

Hotlink for dumps is here but its in .rar
