Whats the best cpu i can upgrade to with this motherboard?

So heres my build. (this was a budget pc i built last year) I started to video edit with vegas 12, after effects, use photoshop and cinema 4d much more and i feel like i need a upgrade, also id like something thats decent for games to. [Im looking for the best cpu i can get with this motherboard an my 430 watt psu (with a bit "overhead" room), I've found a couple of cpus but i was wondering if any of you guys can find something more "bang for your buck" (Budget is around 100-200)

Intel Core i3 3220 - Cpu
G. Skill Ripjaw 12 Gbs. 4GB Dual Channel, 8GB Dual Channel. - RAM
EVGA GTX 650Ti - Gpu
MSI H77MA-G43 - Motherboard
Corsair CX430 - Psu
1 Western Digital 1 TB Caviar Blue - HDD
Also 2 Cooler Master LED Fans 120mm dont know the exact models nothing crazy.

You can always get a i5-3570(k version if you are going to overclock) which will do just as fine.

Might get this one, Im most likely gonna do a bit more research to see if there are any others. (overclocking isnt a main priority for me at the moment)
