Help ! Best fans for a H75 ?

Solution
The stock fans are actually quite good as far as performance. The quiet edition fans you linked are as good as the stock fans at half speed, otherwise, a waste of money.

If you want something that performs the same but much quieter, go with the Noctua NF-F12 PWM - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608026

I have them on my H100i and they are much quieter than the stock fans and perform slightly better, they are ugly and pricey, but worth the money if you want performance and near silence.
What problem are you trying to solve by replacing the hyper212?

It is unlikely that a H75, even with a replacement fan will be quieter than the hyper212.
I would try the stock fan first and see how it suits you.

Do you plan on increasing your overclock on your cpu?
What cpu? How much more do you need?
The stronger(and louder ) the fans, the more effective any cooler will be.

Might it be better to spend the $100+ on a more effective upgrade.

I have a Intel Core i5 2500K at 3.30 GHz stock and a Hyper 212 Plus heatsink. I want to overclock it safely to prevent buying a more recent CPU and motherboard because I will soon replace my old GTX 570 with a GTX 780. I'm afraid it will cause a bottleneck.

Actually, I am between 30-35 degrees Celsius idle with it

I suggest you see how you do with the GTX780 first. You should be pleased.

Your cpu @3.3 is strong enough for most games.

How high you can oc is determined mostly by the quality of your chip.
You hear of high oc numbers from those lucky enough to draw a golden chip.
You rarely hear about the dog chip results.
A H100 or similar might give you a few multipliers more over the 212, but It may not be worth it.
