Nfs Undercover game screen flickering while playing

My Machine is :
P4 3.00GHz 1 core 2 logical processors
1GB Ram
128 ATi radeon 9600 (AGP)
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Asus p4p800 Motherbord

I tried to play the game @ 800x600 / 960x720 / 1024x768
It happens while after opening the game Not in menu screens only when driving.
When it began to flicker it never stops I have to restart the game
I tried reinstalling nothing better.
I have Played NFS Prostreet Also it was good No bugs : Resolution 1024X768

What you have is a very old computer and very out of date , the AGP interface has not been used in years and it is very doubtful that you can even get tech support for it any longer.
It may be a driver issue that your having and you will have to see if the drivers that your using support the AGP interface. Your system of 1gb of ram with a P4 and AGP video card may not be able to process the data fast enough and it ends up bottlenecking someplace.

But i have updated all the drivers
Also I have played prostreet on this It was fine no bugs
Please give me a solution :(
