since I installed window,s 8.1 I cant get youtube,(everytime i start a video it shuts down)my yahoo messenger wont work it say there is a problem with catylist control how do I fix this ????in laymens term,s my whole computer is screwed----what do I do??????????????????

Completely remove the Catylist Control Center. From there, run Windows update and install all updates. If that detects your graphics driver and installs it, great. If not, go to the graphics card OEM site and download the proper drivers. It should have a compatible Catylist Control Center too.

Control Panel > Programs then uninstall AMD / ATI listed stuff. Download then run Driver Sweeper and REALLY remove all AMD stuff. Reboot. Go to www.amd.com and download latest drivers and install. Once that is done download and install Slim Drivers, it will tell you what driver will be needed to reinstall. You do not need to reboot each time (just say no/reboot later) then do the next driver until your done with the list. Same as suggested for Windows Update, do all updates including options (not Bing Bar) until those are done.

You have to download it, and I layed it out one step at a time. If this is 'over your head' and too technical (Tom's Hardware isn't for people unfamiliar with tech) then stop now and bring the computer to a IT Shop for service. All steps outlined requires at least BASIC computer familiarity, and what the 'tech' actually does.
