Guys i need hepl badly i have VERY BAD PING

My Ping is at 500-2000 NO JOKE ITS TERRIBLE i have Comcast and there arris modem plug directly into my desktop and i have a WiFi adapter on my PC to which is connected both at the same time and i cant play games!!! i have like 1000-3000 ping and i don't know how to fix it. (my explanation1) My PC is being bad so i should format it. (2) When they installed my internet it was in my living room and i was in a bedroom with wireless getting 10-50 ping but then my pc went haywire and broke (motherboard and 2 ram sticks gave out) then when i got it back the wireless was at the high ping so i brought the modem etc in my room plugged it in to my cable source and it is still very bad ping, my modem is 2 feet away and i tried all the things to fix it, should i format my pc will it help? it may be files or should i call IPS? what do i do? AND ITS NOT THE GAME I PLAY (counter strike Garry's mod Dayz arma2 dayz standalone but my tablet and phone are fast internet and so is my download speed

First calm down. Second as I bolded your MAIN problem is your trying to get 'twice the speed' with two connections, it doesn't work like that, and all your doing is confusing the hell out of Windows. YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE INTERNET CONNECTION at a time. Unplug the wifi, show down the router and shut down the PC. Bring up the Router then bring up the PC (since your wired in). Now go to speedtest.net and give us some feedback on what you get.

Now that you have that resolved and we have some numbers from a wired connection, on your tablet and phone do the same (speedtest.net) and compare the numbers, do we see a change?

How many devices connect to this router (I mean EVERYONE)? Your best solution would be to enable QoS (Quality of Service) on all 'devices' connecting to the router, then in the router setup the QoS table (or is this your ISPs Router and you have no Admin access?). A QoS table is a 'priority' table, where you can setup say video conferences will take priority over checking a webpage. If there are others in the house with you and you enable this YOU WILL PISS THEM OFF IF YOU DON'T TALK TO THEM FIRST. This will put other people's devices / programs using the Internet potentially 'slower' (so imagine gaming great but Dad can't get to his work email, imagine how pissed that would be?).
