I have an old (6 or 7 years) Antec P180b case
This has (amongst others) a Firewire connector on the front. My problem is that the connector cable has a connector that does not fit the only internal socket on my PCI Firewire card. (My MOBO has no firewire socket).
Unfortunately I do not know exactly what type of cable it is. It seems similar to an MPC2 cable, but is double banked, so it has 10 female sockets, with pin one or pin 10 (depending on which way you look at it) blocked.
The other end (on my PCI card) is a 6 conenctor alpha socket.
So I'm look for a 10 pin male to 6 connector alpha Firewire cable.
Does anyone know if this exists? If so wher could I find one. I've trioeed Googling, but since I don't know a name fopr the 10 ping connector, I have not been able to get an answer yet.
