Corsair H80i + CM Storm Stryker = Intake vs. Exhaust?

I'm using this case:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119260&Tpk=cm%20storm%20stryker

And this cooler:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181031&Tpk=h%2080i

To cool an i7 4930k in a new build. My question is: Should I mount the H80i's fans to intake or blow out air? I'm mounting it in the 140mm fan position, so it is high up on the rear of the case, and might conflict with the two intake front, low fans. I thought that perhaps the 200mm fan on top would solve the issue, but I want to be sure. So, intake vs exhaust?

Thanks!

Make the H80i fan exhaust air as you don't want warmed air going into the system.

The rear and top are usually suggested to be exhaust fans.
Side, bottom and front fans are suggested to be intake fans.
