Admin account is not working

For some reason, my main account on this computer, has no function at all. My windows explorer crashes on start and my task manager crashes why I try to run anything. However my standard user account is left unscathed. How can I get my files and and or fix this?

To fix this, I would recommend making another account and set it is as administrator. The standard account you start with does not have all the permissions as administrators.
