Blue-screen and restart...

While browsing, everything freezes with a sound for few seconds... then blue screen with lots of writings; then it restarts. Here's the report -


Why did this happen? Is it because of RAM failure?

For starters you can try chkdsk to check for bad sectors and hdd errors and repair them.

Right click on your windows partition (usually called c: ) --> properties --> tools --> under "error checking" click "check now" and CHECK boxes "automatically fix..." and "scan for and attempt...".

This will schedule an HDD check upon restart which will take up to 2 hours depending on your laptop and HDD.

Please restart your computer and let me know what happens after that to further help you,
