There is some odd texture flickering? happening. Now the way to see it is just compare the textures from these 4 images. You will notice a texture in the middle go from blue to black back to blue. Look at the steel bar right in front of the character - its a small retangle texture.
I have played aload of other games - AC4, Crysis, tested on heavan, Arkam Origins and I do not have this issue. My video card is up to date.
