How good is this 550$ budget GAMING build?

MoBo: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H FM2+
CPU: Athlon x4 750k
Gpu : Asus 1 gb hd 7790
PSU: EVGA 500w 80 plus bronze
RAM: G.Skill ripjawz 4gb 1600
Case: Diablotek GAMER SERIES CPA-7630
HDD: WD Blu 1tb 7200rpm
OS: Windows 7 OEM
I want to do gaming at 1280x1024 with high to ultra settings with 40/50 fps on graphically intense games. (Skyrim, BF4, ESO, Planetside 2, Crysis 2/3) Will it work?

for high to ultra no but for medium yes skyrim high bf4 med eso??? ps2 med crysis 2/3 med

Don't expect to play AAA games at high resolutions with that build. The graphics card you have chosen is based on AMDs Bonaire GPU. Its their more entry level GPU meant for low/medium resolution gaming. Not to mention the fact that is only has a 1 GB frame buffer. That will hurt when your trying to play games at higher resolutions.
I'm not saying its a bad build, its a good entry-level gaming PC. I'm just saying that you will be limited to low to medium settings on most of those games you mentioned.

I can do a different video card at 150$ or less
