I want to connect 2 devices into 1 Molex connector of my PSU. Something like this:

The picture is not mine, but idea is the same. The two devices I want to connect is Corsair H100 and Vantec
4-Port SuperSpeed USB 3.0 PCIe Host Card. I have Corsair AX1200 PSU with 1200 Watts.

Should I worry about overheating or other problems?

Nope, no problem at all, you can attach both with no concern for any issues.

you psu have 3 cable with 4 pins molex on each one for a total of 12 connector so you could use 2 connector .

Yes, it does. But I try to minimize my cable mess, so I only use 1 molex cable with 4 connectors on it. All 4 connectors are already has something connected to it at the moment, and I do not want to route another molex cable just to add 1 more device (PCIE USB card) that I bought recently...

Your PSU has a single 12V rail at 100A and 30A on the 3.3V and 5V rails, so it doesn't matter.
