I have a Prodigy M and I am thinking of upgrading my stock cooler to a aftermarket one. I was thinking the h75 from Corsair. Will it when i have the hdd bay installed(don't say remove the tray) but the hdd wont be even near the cooler. Or should i go air cooling. Suggestions? The only exhaust atm is the rear where i will install the cooler.

Neither solution works very well due to the awkward airflow in the Prodigy M. It's a bit hard to tell you whether or not it will 100% fit, as it might be partly dependant on your motherboard, as well as where your HDDs are mounted, and how thick they are. As you already have a 120mm fan in there, it should be relatively easy to gauge what kind of clearance you have. A stock Prodigy 120mm fan is 25mm thick, and the H75 is 75mm thick when fully assembled, so you don't need a vast amount more clearance. Having said that, this image implies that due to the slight offset of the exhaust fan, you might be better off with an air cooler.

I have 1 HDD on the top thing there and it wont bother it and i have the airflow done quite well. I have air coming in from top and bottom(120mm on top and 200mm on bottom) and the rear is exhaust. That is it. If i go aircooling route which cooler then? Recommendations?

However you work it, the Prodigy M is always a bit of a mess of airflow (bottom intake sucks in PSU exhaust for example) but it'll suffice.

The most popular air cooler is almost always the Hyper 212 Evo as it's so well priced and decent performing.
The specs on the Prodigy M list max cooler height as 160mm, (Hyper 212 is 159mm) and I can't find whether or not that allows for HDD clearance above. Having said that this and this appear to show a Prolimatech Megahalems (which is 159mm tall) fitting under the two HDDs. Now, HDDs vary in thickness, so I really can't guarantee a fit, but it looks comfortable.

Thanks for your help, but I am going to buy noctua nh d14. It can not fit 2 HDDs there, but the upper slot is the one i need. Thanks anyway
