question about virtualbox.

so, if i wanted to run linux off of virtual box on my computer, but on a different screen, could i, say, get minecraft on the virtual machine and then play with someone else online while only using 1 computer? my computer is fast enough to handle it, but is it possible? i have 2 mice, keyboards, etc.

Having a Virtual Machine is just like opening another program (which is exactly what your doing) Just move it over to then 2nd screen and simply use your existing mouse and keyboard. Simples.

but could i connect another mouse and keyboard ( for 2 sets total) and then use them both at the same time, but with one controlling virtualbox and one controlling windows?
