Best i7 & motherboard?

ok well the best i7 would be the 4770k and for a motherboard i suggest you get either:
Maximus 6 hero £148
Sabertooth z87 £170
Asus z87 delux for £195
if you can afford £220 i recomend getting a maximus 6 formula, as its what i use has lots of features and software and looks stunning, and i love it.
The above motherboards are all made by asus and there are other good motherboard manufactures but i have based these choices off of what i have already used for builds.
ultimatly it comes down to features you want.
