This is the build I have made my decision on. I just am looking for any worries about it or places to make a change is like it to remain around the same price. PCpartpicker said it is compatible and just trying to verify is everything looks good. Also can anyone speculate on the performance on it, I'd like to assume it is a decent build. I heard the GPU I selected ran a little large, is there a way to know if it will fit this case before buying it. Thanks.

Its all good and its all quality .

My personal choice would be to use the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard for the better heatsinks and digital voltage controller . I prefer the ASUS BIOS too , but having said that the gigabyte in your list is also an excellent product .

Consider win 8 . A win 7 license locks the OS to the first mb it is installed on . 8 can be transferred to future builds .
It takes a few minutes to rip the metro screen apart and uninstall the crap you dont want , and 2 minutes to download a free start button program like Classic Shell and install it .
After that you have a faster more up to date version of 7
