Hello, I am building my first computer, and have picked out most of the parts and will be getting some of them for Christmas. I haven't picked a CPU yet though, which is pretty much the last thing I need. I'll be using my pc for:
Gaming (preferably on high settings)
Listening to music
Watching Movies/Youtube
Web Browsing
I do some sound and video recording and editing occasionally, but don't do it enough to justify building around that. I was thinking about either an i5 3570K or an i3 3240, just because one's at the high end of my budget and the other one at the low end. Again, mainly I'd like to be able to play games on high settings, maybe even extreme for some of my older games.

Z77X-UD3H Motherboard
GTX 660 2GB GPU
8 GB RAM
1 TB 7200 RPM HD
