I'm wanting to upgrade my graphics card to a GeForce GTX 660. It requires a 450W or greater power supply with 24 amps minimum on the +12V rail. I'm new when it comes to upgrading hardware so this may be a dumb question. I currently have a 850W power supply, but it also says it only has a 12V1 amp of 0.1A. Does this mean the power supply won't be able to handle the graphics card?

you read your power supply wrong. 850w units can run two large gpu fine. on a power supply there more then one 12v rail
one the -12v rail the other is the plus 12v rail. you should see something like 60 amps on the label. there also going to be a 3.3 and 5v rail line too on the label.

Your PSU will have more than 1 rail theoretically that PSU will pump out roughly 70 amps across all the rails inc the 5v ect

Antec is the maker I'm not sure about model though. It has more than one rail, but it says 12V1 min is 0.1a, 12V2 0.5a, 12V3 0.0a and so on. I truly am clueless when it comes to this stuff. I really appreciate all the help.

Antec is usually a good brand and an 850w unit is more than enough for a single 660 it couls run 2 without breaking a sweat. The model number is usually on the sticker on the side of the PSU, thr same one that has the info on amps.

If Antec 850W branded, it must be around 75A on +12v rails, so you can go for sure with the GTX 660, even with 2 of them, that is a very reputable brand, and many of its units uses Seasonic topologies.
