This is my first build and I want this build to last for a few year down the line. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Solution
As long as you remove the hibernate file and do some other optimizations for SSD storage, you will easily be able to fit 5-6 games as well as Windows on it, which should last you long enough in order to save up for a HDD, if that is the route you are going down.

The only thing that I see missing is an HDD, your 120GB will run out pretty quick with the operating system and programs, so for games and all that look at a WD harddrive, 1TB or 2TB, 7200RPM spin preferrably. Other than that looks like a solid built sysem, nice graphics card choice!

Thanks will add a HDD in the near future. How about overclocking, will this build be able to handle any overclocking safely?

Yes, that motherboard has solid overclocking and your cooler should allow you to get a decent overclock.
