Safe settings for overclocking? (laptop)

Hi, I want to maximize my gpu power for better fps on my crappy gaming computer but I don't know what to set it as without damaging it. I have all the programs necesary but i don't know what to put the setting on in msi after burner, any help? I tried some settings and my computers gpu usage was 99% and the temperature was at 92c is this safe?
My rig: 8 gb ram, geforce gt 630m, intel core dual i7-3520@ 2.9 ghz
computer: laptop lenovo

Do not continue to do this. 92C inside a laptop is NOT good for the longevity of the machine. While the GPU can handle these temperatures, the other components around it might not. You're just going to have to accept the fact that you have a low-end mobile GPU and no amount of overclocking is going to give you much more than significantly higher temperatures without really giving you significantly better performance.

Also, you don't have to post duplicate questions in different sub-forums to get an answer....one is enough.
