The i5 will run every game you mentioned better by a varying degree, but better in each all the same.

What do you plan to use your rig for?
The FX 8350 is good for video editing, and multi threaded applications such as photoshop, livestreaming, etc.
While the i5 3570k is a bit better in most games, due to the fact that Intel cores are generally more powerful than AMD cores.
