Would there be any problems replacing my HX1050 with a AX1200i?

The question is would I have any problems doing this? As this will be the first time I manually replace power supplies.

Would I need to replace any cables or can I just use some of the same cables in the rig?

The reason I'm replacing my HX1050 is because it's too loud under heavy load such as playing Arkham City or BF4 on Ultra 1080p.

Solution

Here is clearly explained, fully modular means not cable its atached to PSU:

That particular PSU AX1200i is a great PSU made by flextronics, its new and have a great digital features.
Efficiency is tremendous (80plus platinum),voltage regulation is better than ever, very low noise and ripple levels.
You wont repent of getting that PSU.
